Terms of Service

1. Focus of Sessions

The focus of these sessions is to build the student's confidence, strengthen foundational understanding, and develop effective learning strategies. Every student progresses at their own pace, and improvements may look different from one learner to another.

2. Academic Outcomes

Every effort will be made to support the student's academic development and specific academic outcomes — including exam results — but these cannot be guaranteed. Progress depends on multiple factors including engagement, practice, and consistency.

3. Payment

Payment for the month's sessions is due at the start of each month. Sessions are confirmed once payment has been received.

4. Unused Sessions

All sessions purchased for a given month must be used within that same month. Unused sessions do not roll over to the following month.

5. Cancellations

A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

6. Termination

Either party may end the teaching arrangement with reasonable notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled before the termination.
